Kitchen Incubator is located at 907 Franklin St. Suite 150 in the historic Bayou Lofts building. While our Café is open daily and our kitchens can be viewed from the café Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3 pm, the kitchens are only open for tours or questions by appointment made via email. No appointments will be made over the phone.
We appreciate your understanding that Kitchen Incubator is managed and run entirely by a single individual, including Cook. Eat. Create., Café Luz and associated businesses. This includes the upkeep of this website, our facilities and all associated materials. Please help us to serve you better by understanding that our phone number is reserved for clients only and by taking the time to understand the materials we have worked hard to create that are available on this website prior to reaching out for questions and tours. If you have sent us an email I promise that I will receive it faster than I would receive a phone call and that I *will* get back to you as soon as it is possible.
Only a block away from Allen's Landing, the founding site of Houston, Bayou Lofts occupies an original 1910 Southern Pacific Railroad building. A cornerstone to Houston's Historic District, the building is within blocks of the MetroRail, Theatre District, arenas and the many restaurants, bars and event venues that make up Downtown Houston.
Our kitchens are available for rent 24/7 365 days a year.
Parking
Available from $4.50/day in lots and metered spots (free after 6pm) around the building. Clients may use the garage with proper display of our permit.
