Kitchen Incubator is located at 907 Franklin St. Suite 150 in the historic Bayou Lofts building.
Only a block away from Allen's Landing, the founding site of Houston, Bayou Lofts occupies an original 1910 Southern Pacific Railroad building. A cornerstone to Houston's Historic District, the building is within blocks of the MetroRail, Theatre District, arenas and the many restaurants, bars and event venues that make up Downtown Houston.
Our kitchens are available for rent 24/7 365 days a year.
Parking
Available for $5/day in the metered spots (free after 6pm) and the three lots around the building. Clients may use the commercial loading zone on Travis with proper display of our permit.
