I am the executive director of the Boston kitchen incubator, now CropCircle Kitchen. I and group of like-minded business people saved the kitchen mission (hopefully for the last time), founded a new non-profit to manage it, and have launched 25 new companies since we took over last August. We expect to reach break-even this summer and never look back... I'd love to talk shop at some point and help if we can. Cheers. Picked this up on a google alert..
