Our Facility is designed to provide private, individual kitchens that can also be integrated for larger operations or events. All rentals include full use of the Scullery and Pantry. 

The Shared Areas: Prep, Scullery & Storage

Centrally located and shared by both kitchens, the Pantry provides several prep areas, a receiving area and a variety of shared equipment. All of the items in the Pantry are included in kitchen rentals. 

Use of the walk-in cooler and freezer are included in rentals with additional dry storage and cold storage available for monthly rent.

The Standard Kitchen

Use our 12-burner Wolf Range with double oven and  stockpot burner to prepare any variety of foods from a boutique to large scale operation. Our large stainless steel seating bar comfortably accommodates 15 people for a hands-on cooking class or seats up to 20 for a demonstration. 

The Bakery

Ovens, ovens and more ovens! After working your dough on our large wooden baker's table or 20 Q Hobart mixer, use our full size proofing cabinet or get ready to bake in either our Vulcan Double Convection oven or Castle bread oven. From pizzas to cakes, Kitchen Inc really bakes!
