Our Facility is designed to provide private, individual kitchens that can also be integrated for larger operations or events. All rentals include full use of the Scullery and Pantry. 

The Pantry

Centrally located and shared by all three kitchens, the Pantry provides several prep areas, a receiving area and a variety of shared equipment. All of the items in the Pantry are included in any of our kitchen rentals. Please note that while we provide many pots and pans and serving dishes, small wares are your responsibility. 

Storage

Kitchen Inc provides two options for cold and dry storage. Our Community storage option is an array of Metro Food Service Shelves in both our walk-in cooler and freezer, along with a dry storage area this is first-come, first-serve. Contract Clients may also reserve designated secure lockers for only $25/month.

The Scullery

Located at the back of our Facility, with easy access to all three kitchens and storage, the Scullery is an area designated for cleaning. Use a variety of cleaning supplies and tools to keep your operation clean and up to code.

The Standard Kitchen

Use our 12-burner Wolf Range with double oven, Vulcan Charbroiler and Vulcan Deep Fryer to prepare any variety of foods from a boutique to large scale operation. Our large stainless steel seating bar comfortably accommodates 12 people for a hands-on cooking class or seats up to 20 for a demonstration. The bar is equipped with under-counter coolers for storage during use.

The Bakery

Ovens, ovens and more ovens! After working your dough on our large wooden baker's table or 20 Q Hobart mixer, user our full size proofing cabinet or get ready to bake in either our Vulcan Double Convection oven or Blodgett Deck oven. From pizzas to cakes, Kitchen Inc really bakes!

The Cold Kitchen

An array of stainless steel worktables and marble slabs line our Cold Kitchen, a humidity controlled room reserved specifically for delicate finishing work. Beat the heat by using our induction burners to melt chocolate or work with sugar. The Cold Kitchen is also a great, inexpensive option for packaging and assembling products such as spice blends and gift baskets.
