Welcome to the Bakery.
Restricted to and outfitted specifically for baking and pastry work, our 340 SF Bakery provides an array of ovens and dough work equipment perfect for any baked good or dessert business.
The Bakery accommodates up to 8 people for any baking and/or pastry specific event and may also be combined with the Standard Kitchen to host an event for up to 20 people.
Equipment includes:
- Six burner Wolf range and oven
- Vulcan double convection oven
- Blodgett Double Deck Oven
- Metro Proofer
- Hobart 20 QT mixer
- Wood-top table for dough work
The Bakery also includes access to our Shared Areas, the Pantry, Scullery and Storage, along with a variety of shared equipment, including a food slicer, 12 QT Hobart mixer, Hobart steamer and microwave.
Rent this kitchen for as little as $14/hour, host an event for up to 8 people at a group rate of $50/hour or combine with the Standard Kitchen for up to 20 people for only $75/hour.
