Welcome to the Cold Kitchen.
The Cold Kitchen provides a humidity and temperature-controlled environment for delicate confectionary and decorative work. It also provides an affordable alternative for clients that would not make full use of the equipment provided in our other kitchens. The smallest of our three kitchens at 180 SF, the Cold Kitchen is not available for events and classes.
Equipment includes:
- Stainless steel work tables with comfortable seating
- Induction cooktops
- Marble slab for chocolate work
The Cold Kitchen also includes access to our Shared Areas, the Pantry, Scullery and Storage, along with a variety of shared equipment, including a food slicer, 12 Q mixer, steamer and microwave.
