Centrally located and easily accessible by all three kitchens, our shared areas include The Pantry, Storage and Scullery.

The Pantry

An array of stainless steel worktables, shelves and prep sinks line the pantry for your additional staff to perform the washing, slicing and plating involved in your operation away from the heat of the hood. Here you will find a variety of equipment to be shared amongst all three kitchens. You may bring shared items to your individual kitchen, but must return them once your reserved slot has ended.

Shared equipment includes: shared areas

Storage

Our Community Storage area provides nearly 100 SF of Metro shelving units in our dry storage area in addition to shelf space in our walk-in cooler and freezer. Although the space is first come, first serve, we believe that our 18 x 4 x 8 dry storage shelves and our two walk-ins, each over 50 SF, will provide ample storage. Please see our Policy Guidebook for detailed storage policies.

We also offer our the option to reserve 2 x 2 ft secure lockers in our nearly 50 SF of secure storage, in addition to units in our walk-ins, for only $25/month. You provide your own lock and key for each unit, assuring that no one else has access to your items.

Need storage only for your business such as a mobile food unit? We can provide you with designated storage lockers for only $50/month, including limited access to our shared areas. Simply sign on as a Contract Client - Storage & Prep!

The Scullery

A small area dedicated to cleaning, a designated Scullery allows us to keep cleaning chemicals tucked away from food and a space that can be used to finish cleaning duties outside the kitchen when a reserved slot has ended. In one section you will find our three-compartment sink with pressure wash unit and drying racks. In the other section of the Scullery, we store all of our cleaning equipment and supplies, along with a heavy-duty dolly and scale for delivery and receiving.
