Welcome to the Standard Kitchen, also our Teaching and Demonstration Kitchen.
The largest of our three kitchens, at nearly 360 SF, this kitchen also includes a wrap-around stainless steel bar for seating, equipped with bar stools and under-counter coolers for storage during use.
The Standard kitchen can be used for any type of food preparation and accommodates up to 12 at the bar for an interactive class or up to 20 for viewing a demonstration.
Equipment includes:
- 12 Burner Wolf range with double oven
- Vulcan Charbroiler
- Vulcan Deep Fryer
- 16 ft long stainless steel bar with under-counter coolers and bar stools
- Portable induction cook tops to allow multiple stations for classes and events
The Standard Kitchen also includes access to our Shared Areas, the Pantry, Scullery and Storage, along with a variety of shared equipment, including a food slicer, 12 Q mixer, steamer and microwave.
Rent this kitchen for as little as $14/hour or host an event for up to 20 people at a flat group rate of $50/hour.
