Welcome to the Bakery.
Restricted to and outfitted specifically for baking and pastry work, our 340 SF Bakery provides an array of ovens and dough work equipment perfect for any baked good or dessert business.
The Bakery accommodates up to 8 people for any baking and/or pastry specific event and may also be combined with the Standard Kitchen to host an event for up to 20 people.
Equipment includes:
- Vulcan double convection oven
- Castle Pizza Oven
- Metro Proofer
- Hobart 12 & 20 QT mixers
- Wood-top table for dough work
- Three-compartment sink
The Bakery also includes access to our Shared Areas with a variety of shared equipment, including a food slicer and microwave.
