Rates effective as of 2012. Lower rates may be found by purchasing hours in bulk or negotiating a custom contract for kitchen use (see below).

Standard Kitchen & Bakery: $32

Shared Areas: $12

Tiered as always to reward you and help your growing business:

20+ hours per month = 20% discount

30+ hours per month = 30% discount

40+ hours per month = 40% discount

*Cash or check only. Must purchase bulk packages and use within 60-days to receive the discount.

Daily Rate: $250 per day per kitchen or combined $400 per day for use of both Standard & Bakery - *available Monday through Saturday from 7:30 am to 6 pm by cash or check only

Groups & Events: $50 flat rate for the Standard Kitchen or  $75 combination rate for the Standard Kitchen and Bakery combined; see Events for packages

Storage

$150/month for a unit in the dry area (you must provide your own unit and cover) and a single shelf in either walk-in, including use of locking private tub per shelf

Additional Fees

Utility Supplement

A minimal hourly fee calculated by dividing the previous month' utility bill by the number of hours rented in order to encourage responsible use of resources such as utilities, cleaning, trash bags, etc. On average this runs between 4 and 8%

Overtime

Any time over the reserved time. If you are in the kitchen at the onset of the next reservation, you will be billed at the highest rate for that hour. Overtime that interferes with another reservation will be billed a penalty.

Cleaning Fee

Assessed only if it has been reported that you did not meet the cleaning responsibilities defined in our Policies. 

Receiving Fee

Flat $25 receiving fee for all private deliveries (not including community supply orders scheduled by Kitchen Inc). Schedule deliveries online so that we can receive your orders on time.
