Centrally located and easily accessible by all three kitchens, our shared areas include The Pantry, Storage and Scullery.
The Pantry
Here you will find a variety of equipment to be shared amongst all three kitchens. You may bring shared items to your individual kitchen, but must return them once your reserved slot has ended.
Shared equipment: 
- Fully automatic Hobart Slicer
- 12 Qt Hobart Legacy Countertop Mixer
- 1200 Watt Amana Commercial Microwave
- Assorted hotel pans and dishes (only those located directly under the microwave table)
- Cleaning equipment including brooms, mops and trash bins (does not include consumables)
Storage
We offer reserved 2'x4' shelves in our dry storage, walk-in cooler and freezer for $75/month, including designated use of two secure, commercial bins. You provide your own lock and key for each unit, assuring that no one else has access to your items.
An entire shelving unit in both walk-ins is assigned to "day-use" only so that anyone using the kitchens can place items in refrigeration throughout their reservation. All items left on these shelves overnight will be donated or discarded and appropriate fines assessed when the owner can be determined. Please see our Policy Guidebook for detailed storage policies.
The Scullery
A small area dedicated to cleaning, a designated Scullery allows us to keep cleaning chemicals tucked away from food and a space that can be used to finish cleaning duties outside the kitchen when a reserved slot has ended. In one section you will find our three-compartment sink with pressure wash unit and drying racks. In the other section of the Scullery, we store all of our cleaning equipment and supplies, along with a heavy-duty dolly.
