Welcome to the Standard Kitchen, also our Teaching and Demonstration Kitchen.
The largest of our three kitchens, at nearly 360 SF, this kitchen also includes a wrap-around stainless steel bar that can be outfitted with bar stools during event reservations. The Standard kitchen can be used for any type of food preparation and accommodates up to 20 for an interactive class or more for a demonstration.
Equipment includes:
- 12 Burner Wolf range with double oven
- Vulcan fryer (requres additional reservation & deposit)
- Single stockpot range
- 16 ft long stainless steel bar
The Standard Kitchen also includes access to our Shared Areas with a variety of shared equipment, including a food slicer, 12 Q mixer and microwave.
Event Reservations also include:
- Use of 20 sleek and modern bar stools that wrap around the kitchen
- Availability of our Event Accessories Package, which includes access to induction cooktops, mixers and all the pots, pans and small wares you could possibly need - even serving dishes!

Kitchen reservations never include use of any small wares such as pots, pans and even cleaning supplies. If you would like these items included, please request our Event Accessories Package or let us create a custom private event and handle all of the details for you!
