Kitchen Incubator ("Kitchen Inc.") will provide fully licensed commercial kitchen facilities to help aspring entrepreneurs make their dreams a reality. We understand that the enormous costs of setting up a commercial kitchen and the intensive certification processes are intimidating obstacles. We hope to help local businesses launch and grow without the overwhelming initial investments. Our fully equipped kitchens will be availble for rent on an hourly basis and can always be tailored to meet your specific needs whether you are renting for prep, catering, baking or teaching.
In addition to kitchen rentals, Kitchen Inc. will include a café showcasing only goods made in our kitchens. Once signed on as a client, we will walk you through all the necessary certification processes, and provide all of the forms and contacts. If your business is in need of more specific advisory services to help write your business plan, set up your accounting systems or website, we offer that too. Kitchen Incubator is a "one-stop shop" for the culinary entrepreneur!
We appreciate your patience as we construct our facility and prepare for opening. Until then, please familiarize yourself with the content of our new site as it has ALL of the information you need to use our kitchens.

Kitchen Incubator Announces Location in Downtown Houston |
The Kitchen Incubator Team is proud to announce our new home in downtown Houston's historic Bayou Lofts building. After months of searching and negotiation, we found a location that will allow us to serve all areas of Houston at affordable rates with access to the growing and hungry downtown market. Kitchen Incubator's official address is 907 Franklin St. Suite 150, located conveniently at the corner of Franklin and Travis.
Permits are in and construction is expected to commence within the next few weeks. We will build out the space as quickly as possible and get everyone into the kitchens. The current time line projects that the kitchens will open in November, just in time for the Holiday season! Our cafe will open shortly after just as soon as you are all comfortable in the kitchens and ready to fill its shelves with your delicous products.
